Chicken Wings

This is my go to wing recipe.  It uses baking powder which is different but it works trust me! The powder draws moisture from the wings and makes them even crisper.

For coating mix together:

  • 1/2 cup of baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper each
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp cayenne pepper
  1. Dry wings on towel and toss in coating mix.  Shake off any excess. Coats about 1.5lbs of wings.
  2. Bake in preheated oven at 400Β°f for 45-50 minutes, flipping halfway through (put parchment paper on your cookie sheet for easy clean up).
  3. When done toss the wings in your favorite sauce or eat as it!
