Chicken Sausage

  1. Take entire sealed package (do not puncture) and put in boiling water for 15 to 20 minutes if frozen or 10 to 15 minutes if thawed (you can use a freezer quality ziplock bag or vacuum bag also).
  2. After boiling, carefully remove from packaging and separate sausages.
  3. Place sausages on hot bbq or hot skillet to finish off and brown on all sides.
  4. Check the temperature, chicken should be cooked to 165 F degrees.
