Chicken Sausage
- Take entire sealed package (do not puncture) and put in boiling water for 15 to 20 minutes if frozen or 10 to 15 minutes if thawed (you can use a freezer quality ziplock bag or vacuum bag also).
- After boiling, carefully remove from packaging and separate sausages.
- Place sausages on hot bbq or hot skillet to finish off and brown on all sides.
- Check the temperature, chicken should be cooked to 165 F degrees.
